Unless otherwise indicated, the articles, images, graphics, logos, and other content on MyGunDeal are either owned by us, licensed to us, or used with permission. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be disabled. Your notice should include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it on the Site (for example, a URL and a brief description)
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Please send DMCA notices to:
Email: contact@mygundeal.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice"
Counter-Notification
If your material has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you have the right to use the material, you may send us a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification generally includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., the federal courts located where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
Please send counter-notifications to the same contact listed above, with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification."
Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, and at our discretion, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
